1. Work with a pelvic health expert. 

I have been treating people with pelvic health issues for 10+ years.  You will not be working with someone who is new to pelvic health and has only taken a weekend course on introductory pelvic floor issues.

2. Reap the benefits of a whole body approach.

I treat the whole body instead of treating the pelvic floor in isolation, leading to longer lasting relief from your symptoms.

3. Individualized approach

I will work WITH YOU to resolve your symptoms instead of following a one size fits all approach to your issues. I understand that pelvic health changes with age, stress, and activity level.  Instead of telling you that you just "have to live with it," I will work with you to find the right solution for right now.

4. Be confident in your body. 

Learning how well your body can do and adapt to change is so important.  I will work with you to find ways to manage and resolve your pelvic health issues.

5. 1 on 1 Treatment Sessions. 

Your treatment session will be a full hour with a pelvic floor PT, instead of spending your time riding a bike or being hooked up to a machine and left alone, while your PT treats other patients.

6. Private Rooms

Treatment sessions are held in private, quiet treatment rooms, not in a crowded gym with a bunch of other people around.

7. Talk to a human. 

Have questions?  Want to actually speak with a human?? I will answer the phone or call you back.  You will never end up with an automated voice system to navigate.

8.  Clinic dedicated to Pelvic Health 

Uplift Pelvic Health is dedicated to pelvic health.  It is not an add on service where your PT is treating everybody and is a "Jack of all trades," but master of none.  Pelvic health is what we do.

9. Be treated like a person, not a number

I care about my patients! Instead of you being a number on a chart or "Mom" or "Room 2" I will take time to get to know you.

 

10. 2nd or 3rd time is the charm! 

Many of my patients have tried pelvic floor PT before with minimal change, and have found long lasting relief working with me. My work doesn't stop with hands on treatment, I want you to have at home solutions that are designed to keep you moving forward.
